John's Back Injury
During the summer of 2009 John was in Richmond at a family picnic. He was relaxing in the backyard when he suddenly had a nagging pain in his back. The back pain continued, but later in the evening it became unbearable, so John decided to see a chiropractor. At the chiropractor's office the chiropractor said that John's injury was probably the result of several things: poor dieting and posture, heavy weight training and roofing. John continued to receive treatment with the chiropractor and he carefully followed the chiropractor's instructions. Eventually, the back inproved, but John had to find a new career.
Fortunately for John, he had completed a cook's training course at college, and therefore, he would probably find work in this field. It wasn't long before his resume was complete and edited by a friend. John soon started to apply for several cook positions in the food industry.
Unfortunately, there are millions of people today in North America who have nagging back injuries that are painful and that limit the activities that they can participate in.
