Don't be There

On Friday evening, Janet went to hang out at the local pool hall. She decided to hang out with some teenagers who were smoking. Later in the evening they decided to go to one of the boy's home for a small party.

At the house Janet soon discovered that the boys were acting differently - which wasn't a surprise because they were starting to drink beer. Eventually, she had a 'feeling' that it would be wise to head home early. However, she put off leaving, and eventually a very good looking boy named Donovan asked her if she would like a small drink. Normally, she would have said no, but she was very attracted to Donovan and didn't want to lose his admiration, and she thought she would just hold the drink, and not drink it. Unfortunately, as the evening progressed though, she had finished off the drink, and soon discovered that she had a second one.

With alcohol running through her veins and affecting her decision making Janet made some choices that she normally would not have. These choices would change the rest of her life.
